Donations earmarked for Purple People Legal Fund are used to defend our Club as well as sue Members of Congress who purchased stock in companies with DOD contracts, or any company benefitting from the pandemic. This includes the 116th & 117th sessions; whereas any member who purchased stock which can be tied to a company benefiting from a bill they voted on is considered an illegal action and violation of the public trust. Our initial goal is to raise $7 million for litigation & fees, and forensic accounting and fees.
Donations made to the Purple People, Inc. Club Fund are earmarked for the clubs day to day expenses and overall operating costs. 20% of funds donated in excess of the club's fiscal needs, if any, will earmarked for our reserve account/building fund. Additional funds beyond that phase, if any, are donated to designated charities through: The ANDROID Foundation, 501(c)(3) educational conduit. These funds are planned to support the Department of Education, and earmarked for incarcerated youth under 21 years of age through approved intern to mentor programs.
Donations made to Purple People, Inc. Term Limits are used to advertise, promote, procure, lobby, pursue legally and socially, Term Limits. Our goal is to raise $300 million from club members, non-members, domestic & foreign corporations, and all entities who share our purple purpose. Money earmarked for this fund left over, is any, when our goal is met will be disbursed as follows: 20% to our reserve account/building fund. The remaining funds will support the Department of Education, earmarked for incarcerated youth under 21 years of age through approved intern to mentor programs.
